His goal was to build a weight loss surgery practice that would provide a premium level of care to patients contemplating Gastric Banding Surgery or Lap Band Surgery as it is commonly known. Dr Padovan recently changed the name of his practice to Emerge Surgical. Emerge Surgical originally set up practice in Rockingham with weight loss surgery performed both at Waikiki Hospital and The Mount Hospital in Perth. However, as his patient base grew a second set of consulting rooms was set up at The Mount Hospital. Emerge surgical has been set up as a multi disciplinary weight loss centre dedicated to achieving the best possible results from your Lap Band or Gastric Banding surgery. Emerge Surgical has grown such that we now operate on hundreds of patients each year and manage the long-term care of thousands of men and women who have undergone Lap Band, Gastric Banding Surgery or Sleeve Gastrectomy procedures in Perth and West Australia.
